When I went to Charlie Kangs' with my family, I expected a nice meal. When the food came we noticed that the portions were smaller than before for the same price. I found a piece of wood in my noodle soup and told the waiter. All he said was, 'I'm sorry, I'll tell the chef'. Any other restaurant would have treated the situation better. He acted like it was normal to find unidentified objects in the food.

The food here is good but I have to admit that the food is better in the chicken area. The prices are up there but fairly average for the type of food. Stick to chicken and you'll love it.
