This location needs to be under different mgmt. The location is always dirty. The employees seem not to care about the customers. One example was my wife was at the drive thru window to purchase items for the kids and the cashier was on her cell phone having an arguement her boyfriend. On another ocassion I purchased some checker burgers and to my surprise I bit into a penny.However this was not the worst of it I actually complained by calling the main office and I had to call back several times before someone called me back.Someone called me stating that they were the DM for this particular location. The guy apologized and took my address info and stated that he was going to me some vouchers.Well I'm proud to say that I haven't received the vouchers as of this day, nor would I like to have the vouchers. I have informed everyone that I know of the situation, and then this report comes out on WFTV. From a past tense customer you all need to get a grip on this establishment and put the proper personal in place to run them efficiently.
