As a former New York City dweller and a person who has lived in China, Hong Kong, and Formasa. I can say with out hesitation That Chef Sau is for my expierence the best Chinese food I've had out side of NYC. Owner Michael Wong is one of the few people in this area who can make the PERFECT Martini!! Go and try it you will not regret it.
