Loved it. They explained the menu very well and had expert knowledge about each dish. All people were professional and clean. People staff moved out of your way when you walked through the restaurant. Staff kindly explained where the restrooms are located. The restrooms were clean. All tables were clean. We had a super blast last time I visited. Everything we ate was awesome. It was a memorable experience. I made a visit there when Paul was still working there. Since then I heard he moved on. The Blackbeard of Fort Worth commands excellent service and makes great food.

What a letdown. Since Chef Paul sold it. The staff are unprofessional to say the least. Rap music abounds while the staff joke and cut up. All the while YOU are waiting on your food. Speaking of which - has also gone downhill. The portions are small but the prices are high. The pasta salad is just noodles, salt & pepper (?) and not cheap. I waited 30 miles for two sandwiches AND there were no customers in line in front of me. The deserts are stale. The servers slice meat after handling money without washing their hands. YUCK I don't have the time, money or stomach to eat at this place. How sad too - we could use a place like this in our neighborhood. Maybe they will sell to someone who actually wants to have a decent establishment - like Chef Paul did....
