The first Chima restaurant originated in Uberlandia, Brazil located in the state of Minas Gerais. In 2004, Bruno Silva introduced a new style of dining and superior service to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Chima combined traditional Brazilian rodizio and excellent service with an elegant setting.
Gauchos roam the dining room continuously offering exquisite churrasco of 16 rotisserie meats including prime rib, sirloin, lamb, chicken, sausage, fish and more. Chima's sumptuous salad bar blends Brazilian and American favorites from salads, oven-fresh breads and soup. Menu options vary offering rodizio (a selection of all the meats Chima carries) and salad bar or the salad bar only. Offering a selection of great wines and champagnes from across the world and a full liquor bar, Chima is a place for friends and family to enjoy each other and great food. We only offer a fixed price menu.
