I can't eat ambience so most of what I write here will be about the food. The servers don't smile a lot but are helpful and deliver you food quickly. They got rid of their piano and now you can talk to the people came to dine with. So what about the food. Only in Spokane have I found a dark brown, almost black sweet and sour sauce. China Dragon's sweet and sour is as good as it gets and their spare-ribs, pork and chicken are great. But their real claim to fame is their "Sizzling" dishes. "Sizzling rice soup" and "Ants on a Tree" are two dishes you should try.

The food here is freakin' awesome, the only reason I go back really, besides the really nice bartender in the lounge. My service has always been over the top in the lounge but when seated in the dining area it's been pretty lousy. Always takes a few to get seated, we get our tea and menus and then beyond that it's a waiting game. The food is always hot and VERY good, but the service and cleanliness and bathrooms are downright sad and embarrassing.
Great food, Big servings, and pleasant family atmosphere and servers. Never been disappointed, they work with you on the menu but that might be because we go at least once a month as a family.
Ramond Kong is a wonderful chef. His food is always so good. The fresh meats, fruits and vegetables he uses are apparent in all his dishes. Each dish has a unique flavor that sets it apart from another. There are too many favorites to single one ou

Food is very fresh and cooked to serve. The selection and portions are wonderful. If you want to try something not on the menu, ask--they may make something just for you. My husband took a year of Chinese cooking and is VERY impressed. My neighbor

My wife and I had lunch today and we were so disappointed by the garbage at the front door and the run down condition of the restaurant. There were only two waiters on duty and even though they tried to help everyone the service was poor. The restrooms are dirty and run down, there is a green mold growing on the urinal in the men's room but not a trace of soap to wash your hands. We will not be back until many changes are made.

This is by far the best chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at. I moved to San Francisco and there are a couple that I like to go to here but there aren't any here that come close to this place. Every time I make it home I always make it a point to come here as often as possible. I love the pork fried rice, sweet and sour shrimp and the lemon chicken! The egg rolls are also the best and biggest I've ever seen anywhere.

I have been eating here for years I have tried other asian restaurants and none of them come close to being as good as China Dragon,This is by far the best in Spokane
Thought the food was overpriced cold and not that tasty. I would never go back. By the way I gave it 3 chances.

China Dragon is the BEST Chinese restaurant in Spokane. The food and service are both excellent! It is way above all the others.

China Dragon is the best! The food is top-notch - I love the almond chicken and the lemon prawns - and the service can't be beat. There really isn't anyplace I'd rather eat in Spokane. Don't miss it.

My family has been going to China Dragon in Spokane for over 10 years. We have traveled all over the country and China, we have never found better chinese food. It is family owned and still has the same waitress that served us our first time in. Great location next to the mall and lots of parking. A must for out of towners. Try the Almond Chicken & Won Ton Soup.
My husband and I frequent Spokane and the China Dragon is ALWAYS on our "eat out must" list! It is by far the best Chinese we have eaten. Every other Chinese restaurant we have patronized has fallen WAY short of our high expectations because of the China Dragon! Sweet & Sour Chicken, Egg Rolls, Chow Mein, General Tsao Chicken, are among our must haves!

This is one of the best Chinese Resturants in Spokane by far. It has wonderful service as-well as excellent food!
