I'm a 20+ year resident of Carlisle and a jedi master of the Chinese buffet - this place is the best in town, hands down. Ambience is nothing fancy but the food is the best you will have in a small town, especially for the price. Buffet is around $5 and solid...not cheapened by ketchup pizza or the "Fancee Food" of a nearby competitor. You should definitely get personal with the black pepper chicken. But order off the menu for dinner (especially on the weekends when the father is definitely cooking) and prepare for a treat. The definitive Empress Chicken and Spicy Szechuan String Beans are both highly recommended.
i love this restaurant its has good delicious food and my homie from skool long helps their becuz his father is the owner they have the best food and it looks nice in there
