Chocolate Twist is a great place and I really like the people who own it. It is, in fact, the ONLY place I know of in Rochester to get hand-dipped ice cream cone. Nelson Cheese has a limited selection, but they're not open evenings or weekends. The trouble with Chocolate Twist is that it's downtown Rochester, which mostly is dead on weekends. It's in an obscure location, with no parking anywhere nearby (except an over-priced city ramp) and it is never open evenings or Sunday afternoons when a person most likely would be looking for a cone! So it boils down to this... there is still no place in Rochester for a cone when you'd actually want one. And sorry, but I don't call that over-sweetened sludge they serve at Cold Stone and Dairy Queen ice cream.
The food is always cooked to perfection and served super fast. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone as it has a wide range of dishes for most palates.
Great pizza and great service. From the cook showing my kids how to throw the dough like a professional to the game room and the BEST chocolate dessert I have had in years, this was a great dining experience.
I eat this food 3 times per week. I recommend number 63 and I can bet that you will enjoy every min of the food. So yummy! My fav and I would recommend to anyone.
I have being there twice, the food is so fantastic! I LOVE it. The service is always friendly and cook infornt of the customer makes ppl feel more interesting and enjoying.I will definetly recommend this restaurant to everyone else.
