Restaurant Description

Great little county restaurant with good food and large portions at very reasonable prices.

Christos keeps improving! On my last visit, the side salad was quite ample for the price, cold, crisp, and tasty, the chicken fresh and tender, the fries done perfectly. I would have preferred a steamed vegetable choice instead of cole slaw, and apple sauce as an alternate to a potato choice, but overall the meal was very good. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. The server had just made coffee, so that was also fresh, and she supplied plenty of flavored creamers. The condiments all came in plastic squeeze bottles, which appeared clean, even around the tips. Even the salad dressing was in such a bottle, which made it easy to use and control the amount, without waste. The only point I would make it to remember you are using the same condiment containers as other customers, but that is the same at many restaurants. The table was clean. I could not see under it well enough to judge that area. I did not visit the rest room. The whole place is a county-type diner, and very casual, so if you want something more upscale, this is not an "ambiance" kind of place. It is a friendly, home-town kind of place, and very kid friendly. The portions were enough to split in half and take home for the next night.
