Friendly, fun and great to meet up with old friends -- which I did last week after not seeing my former roommate for 25 years. Great atmosphere!

There are very few "too die for" restaurants in the South Suburbs of Minneapolis. Go for Lunch (average entree about $10 with salad). Deserts are sinful...service can be world class to less than that depending who you get. Ambience is spectacular

I have travelled coast to coast and have dined at all th ebst. Ciatti'a in Burnsville is a "best kept secret". The food is always from scratch and is very tasty. I have met several chef's there and they are all well trained and capable of mixing with E.C's from the very best places in town. Reasonable wine list. The best part is the food... try the peppered, rare ahi with mango chutney appetizer and the salmon (when available). Don't let the "Italian" name fool you, it has the best steaks in town as well.
The staff has been above standard each time we visit as they are friendly and well serving. Food quality has also been good each visit along with an adequat wine selection. We have dined for lunch and evening meals and plan on returning.
Buca's opened for lunch especially for my family after a celebration of life in Minneapolis. there were 23 or 24 of us and all were impressed with the food, service, and cheesecake !! YUM!!
If you like tacky decor, than this is the place for you. Every inch of the wall is painted or has some hideous picture or statue displayed. The large bulb Christmas lights dangling all over the restaurant is a plus.

Great place to eat. Food is the best. But go hungry and with plenty of people. Very large servings. The only downside is that you will be burping up garlic taste all night after that so have some breath mints ready.
