As the Chef, I believe it is our duty to provide our guests with eco friendly, sustainable products while also utilizing whenever possible the freshest locally grown produce. I believe that Mother Nature is our greatest natural resource and we are striving to do our part to preserve that.

Cielo restaurant will not serve seafood, poultry, game or meats that are not humanly harvested. In doing so, I believe it allows our kitchen the opportunity to prepare your meal with the best local and seasonal ingredients that will tantalize your taste buds.
