The Colorado Steakhouse and Mexican grill opened after talking to neighbors, scouring the area and recognizing the dearth of good Mexican restaurants and inexpensive steakhouses. Choose whichever suits your mood, but either way, you can enjoy everything from a 16-ounce porterhouse or chicken fried steak, to chicken enchiladas, fish tacos, or steak fajitas. There are even selections for the kids, and the warm interior and open kitchen are welcoming. If the weather is fair, head for one of the outdoor tables and enjoy your lunch or dinner. When you're all done, treat yourself to the flan or burrito cheesecake.
