A crazy time warp of a place that's definitely worn down but worth the experience. Eat for 5 or 50 bucks. I've done both. Get drunk at the bar and play the jukebox full of latin music, r&b and rock&roll. I've done that too. Gaze at the wonder of the decor and sip cheap cocktails while you wait for reasonably priced, generously portioned fare and wonder, why haven't I come here before?
