My son had his wedding at the hall and it was awesome. Great food and service. Everyone enjoyed it! Only positive comments came from all the guests. I thank them for make his day perfect!

Our Family had a nice gathering of 25 people for a surprise graduation party for my mom. Everyone had a wonderful time. The staff was great to work with and very helpful. We had a light menu of pizza, house salad, and a fruit tray. Everything tasted absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be booking future parties. I barely lifted a finger! yahhh!

We had a very large graduation/bridal shower at Cortese's (200 people-at least 50 of which were children!) People started arriving at 3:00. Soda's and coffee kept coming. We asked that dinner would be at 6:00 pm. It was buffet style, and served exactly at 6! We had very good Italian beef, the best chicken I have ever had (thighs and drumsticks in Italian seasoning!), mostociolli, rice with carrots and mushrooms, very nicely seasoned steamed vegetables, garden salad and an exquisite Itallian salad with chunks of fresh mozzerella cheese. The food was amazing and the service was excellent!
Cortese Resuarant is for me, one of the best places to eat. The food is always good and the portions are generous. Very friendly waitresse's and bartenders.They have entertainment several times a week, which is a big plus. The owner, his wife and family are always present and pleasant. They know their customers, and most of the regular ones by name. Really an old-time Italian, American restuarant.This place is really a jewel in Somers. Formerly the old Krocks resuarant.
