Grand Blanc Restaurant Guide

HOW CAN YOU STAY IN BUSINESS WHEN YOUR LEVEL OF SERVICE IS SO POOR.WAITED FOREVER FOR OUR FOOD , FINALLY IT CAME AND WAS NOT VERY GOOD. WE WILL NOT RETURN.

We stopped in to eat, the worst service and food ever, our daughter lives in Grand Blanc and she took us there.We were in shock at the lack of service we received.Our group will never return.I am amazed that they continue to stay in business.

service was weak,Mickey our server never came back to check on us.We waited along time for our food,which was cold inside, prime rib should not be cold.I will not return, it seems they do not care about service and customer satisfaction.

The restaurant was dirty, our service slow,if your hungry do not go.We waited along time before our server Mickey came over to take our order, she had an attitude and did seem to care.

we do not complain,never the less our service and food were not what it should be.the food was bad and we will not come back to this slow service and poor attitude restaurant again. we dine out a lot and expect to be waited on when we are paying for service.

The worst service and food ever.no one waited on us, we just left, after sitting their for 20 minutes we had an appetizer, our server mickey never returned to take our order.

WORST SERVICE AND FOOD I EVER HAD, BARTENDER RUDE AND MORE CONCERNED WITH TALKING RATHER THAN SERVICE.MICKEY THE SERVER WAS VERY UNCONCERNED ABOUT GUESTS AND NEVER AROUND IF YOU NEEDED SOMETHING.WE WILL NEVER COME BACK, TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES IN GRAND BLANC.

It was the worst dining experence I ever had, poor service, cold food,very unfriendly staff. It seemed like no one cared about our needs.I will tip if I am waited on, otherwise I will go to a fast food restaurant where there is no hassle and I can eat within a reasonable time span.

We ate at the Cross Bow Restaurant on 07-03-08,had to send back our food as it was cold,our server Mickey was the worst in my 40 years of dining out.I asked if they could warm up our prime rib.It came back well done,it was ordered medium rare.Mickey had an attitude about her job and service that amazed us.We had to order our prime rib medium as that was all they had left.
We came to Crossbow to have a nice meal not cold or over cooked food and attitude.Mickey came back to our table with a medium prime rib and set the plate down hard on the table spilling the au jus all over my dress slacks,no concern,not I am sorry.We were told accidents happen and she walked away.I asked to speak to a manager, who was the bartender,her name Is Tooter, I told her about the spilled au jus on my slacks.I was told accidents happen,I asked for my check, at that point we just wanted to leave. We were told never to come back, and that WE WERE NO LONGER WELCOME.I would estimate that we spent about $5000.00 or more there in a year and wrote a letter to the owner, who never responded.I guess some businesses do not care about loyal guests and allow employees to make decisions that impact their future.I will tell this story to everyone I know in the greater flint area.If you want cold food and attitude go see MICKEY and TOOTER at the CROSSBOW RESTAURANT,THATS ABOUT THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT.I can have the fame of being kicked out of a restaurant as a first in my 64 years, however my money will go to another Grand Blanc restaurant that cares about loyal guests.
