Celebrity Chef David Burke brings his creative and whimsical Modern American Cuisine direct from New York and Chicago to The Venetian in Las Vegas. The creative approach of Burke’s cuisine will be showcased in the restaurant’s ultra sleek design and vibrantly colored modern setting. Both the restaurant’s bold décor and amazing menu will reflect Burke’s acclaimed flair for presentation.

The modern design of vibrant reds, purples and white set the stage for a creative and whimsical menus. A colorful hand blown glass sculpture with a water feature flowing from the ceiling is the centerpiece of the main dining room. The walls at the restaurant’s entrance as well as the wine room and bar will feature sculptured Himalayan salt bricks. The wine room constructed with floor to ceiling glass will be visible from The Venetian lobby and private dining rooms. A show case kitchen is visible from the Chef’s Table where chef will serve tasting menus nightly.
