Extending the dream, they recently created the modern new Delius Restaurant on Cherry Avenue in Signal Hill in 2007, expanding the operation to include a main dining room with an à la carte menu in the front of the house, a full cocktail and wine bar, and, of course, carrying on the tradition, the intimate prix fixed dining room. There is also a very private Wine Cellar, seating 4-6, with a window on the chef's cooking station in the kitchen, for those very special occasions.

Louise is inspired by tastes from all over the world and carefully plans the weekly menus with emphasis on foods in season as well as the changing trends in dining. She is assisted by an experienced and efficient staff. Even though Louise is busy in the kitchen most of the evening, that doesn't stop her from popping out to visit with the guests every now and then to see how they are enjoying the meal.
