Moved to Brick in 2004. Found Dim Sum to be far better than most of the chinese restaurants in the Coastal New Jersey area. But, a far cry from the quality of food served in Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn, NY. Maybe Dim Sum chefs should go to Brooklyn and get lessons especially on how to make fried rice, and lobster sauce.

Dim Sum is the best Chinese in the shore area. One of the only ones with Brown Rice (try it, it's healthier than white and more flavorful!). Their delivery service is phenomenal - I think they cook the food in the car on the way here - they get here so fast and the food it HOT! Food is always consistently great. Inexpensive Good Food. Graze off the dim sum (like Chinese tapas) menu or order from a standard chinese food menu. Their pork buns are fabulous as is the shrimp toast and crab rangoon. Their peach chicken with sesame seeds was excellent also.
