Pizza at Dion's is better than most, but when it comes to customer service this restaurant has some problems. This is not an isolated incident as we have experienced these problems on more than one visit. The problem exists because the staff are all under 20 and don't seem to care if either; an order is wrong, an order takes longer than promised, or the employee just has no customer service experience. If the question is posed, "Does the salad come with dressing on the side, or on it?" the answer shouldn't be "HUUHH?". I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I would think people this age entering the work force should be able to deal with situations such as this with more grace than has been presented with our current visits.
