Nash Restaurant Guide

We love the Dixie Diner. The rolls and cornbread are very good..... pie also great. Close to home cooking.

Terrible manager complained about food and now she won't talk to us and the waitress said she had to take our money because manager won't speak to us won't ever be back to any Dixie diner very very rude

I use the drive thru almost everytime at Dixie Diner.
Today, on a Sunday, at noon, the lady working the window did a great job. And my order is always right when she's there.
Almost EVERY other time at drive thru... not so great. In fact, after order after order, being wrong, I stop going for a month or two.
They treat their drive thru customers like the unwanted customers. When if fact they should love us! No refills, no dirty dishes...
I ONLY go there because they are the closes Resturant to me!
I have spoken to the different managers on several occasions, and nothing changes.
So, on drive thru, take your chance, is all I can say.

I dine at the Nash location very often. It is a very decent place that like any job can get chaotic from time to time. There are seldom major mistakes & the service is on average pretty good. The staff is very friendly & will work with the customer any way possible. I recomend this diner to anyone, anytime.

The Dixie Diner on State Line on the Texarkana, Arkansas side really made me think about what kind of food my money is going towards! The service was absolutely terrible! We waited for ten minutes at the front just to be sat! When we were finally sat, and our food arrived, all of it was cold! My food tasted like it had been lathered in grease 20 times and then dropped on the floor. No joke!!! I have been in the restaurant business before, and i am positive that the quality of this food was very poor. All of our food had to be taken back to the kitchen to be microwaved! WAIT A SECOND, i thought i was paying for a HOT meal?! After all of this experience, i could not even look at my plate without becoming nauseous. When we asked to speak to the manager, a man approached our table and was extremely rude. I thought WE were the CUSTOMERS? He did not seem all quite there, and did not do much to ever make me want to go back again. So, I am pre-warning you of this "home country cooking" diner! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

We visit the Diner at least twice a week. Most always everything is good. Some menu items are better than others, (as with any resturant) but for the most part we enjoy the food. The employees are good and the prices are right. Lets don't forget about the homemade rolls, cornbread, and soups.

I eat at this Diner at least 3 times a week and would recommend it highly to anyone. I carry clients here often with no worries as to the food and service. Great place!

the food was cooked wrong and was over 40 minutes getting to the table and the watier never came back to refill drinks or bring a ticket...not as good as the one on 82...better service and better food
