My family and I have been going to Dom Dicarlos for 2 years and in the past was very pleased with the food and the service was OK...Recently we ordered a pizza for delivery...we were told they would be there in 30 minutes with the pizza...an hour later we called to find that they had not left but promised they would and be there in 30 minutes so we continued to wait...30 minutes later still no pizza and keep in mind we live 5 minutes from the restaraunt so we called back to be told that the driver had the wrong number and address and I heard my wife give them correct info so another mixup on their part...well after voicing our complaint a gentleman named John who said he was the manager told us he would leave immediately and bring it to us himself...we told him we did not want an hour old cold pizza especially considering the price was pretty high and he said it would be fresh and to us in 30 minutes so after 2 hours of waiting John showed up with our pizza and told there would be no charge....let me say this pizza was not fresh as promised and we got a warmed over pizza as the dough was hard as a rock...I checked my bank account to find that they did indeed bill my account so I called John and was told he had not had the chance to credit the account yet but promised to do so...I waited 3 days and still no credit so I contacted the owner "Dom" and was told he was busy and would call me back and still 3 days later no callback and no credit so my family waited 2 hours for a stale pizza and payed over $40 for our meal which consisted of the most pathetic hot wings (6) you ever had, a calzone, and a medium pizza....Oh well, live and learn but I can promise I will never go back for that kind of treatment again.

The food is good but not worth the frustration. The staff including the "Dom" were rude. We phoned in a take out order. We were told the order would be ready in 30 minutes.Upon arrival at the restaurant,30 minutes later,we were told to take a seat it would be a few more minutes. After 25 minutes we approached the counter to inquire about why our order wasn't ready. The cashier told us it would be 5 more minutes.I cannot stress enough the attitude we were receiving from the staff because we were upset that our order was not ready. When the pizza finally was ready 10 minutes later we again were greeted with an attitude this time from another gentleman, we left the pizzas there and went to a friendlier and timelier place for dinner. This has happened to us once before at Dom DI Carlos but it will not happen again. We will not be back.
