Pizza is delicious. Crunchy crust but gooey on top. Lots of help behind the counter, very efficient and while the cashiers might be a little busy to stop and chat, the owner is a stand-up guy who knows how to treat customers well. We go to Doria's every time we're in Summit.

The pizza is the best in town. I'm not saying it's the best but when you get a fresh pie you should be satisfied. It's true the staff isn't sterling service but you're not dropping big coin either, and many Summit people often aren't the most mannerly either, and i'm talking about the customers.(Have cash but no class) so don't expect the red carpet in this slice joint.
The elderly lady is friendly and is is the owner.

The Spanish-speaking staff is cold, stone-faced, often rude, and always unfriendly, as the first reviewer said. I have been in there several times, only because it's conveniently located, and have been treated well only once, and that was when a very friendly older woman waited on me. Also, you have to spend a certain amount of money even to use a DEBIT card (which is the same as cash), which I hate, and they also have NO WEBSITE!! Hello, it's July of 2009! Sheesh, even my grandmother has a website.

Its a pizzeria, the food is always hot and the quality of their food is very good for what it is.

First time I went in there, employees just stared at me and gave me my food with no personal service.

Figured I'd try it again today to see if my experience was different. Walked in, greeted with nothing but blank stares, and was helped by a woman with no sense of welcome whatsoever. Must not be a nice place to work if no one can even muster a smile once in a while or welcome it's customers. Food was just average to have to put up with the attitudes of its employees. Definitely in need of studying up on "Customer Service".
