Two times in road that the cashier didn't say anything after we paid at the counter. And, we did pay tips. May be she was not happy about we paid by credit card or something. Since then, I decided not to go there any more! As a loyal customer for a few years, even good food does not worth my whole family coming back!

Worst experience ever in my life. The waitress didn't give us any dining set, then we asked for chopsticks, later on my wife requested some napkins, the waitress opened her mouth in a condescending tone "if you need anything you should tell me one time". Then I thought about the whole thing, I couldn't eat any more, maybe because we are Asian has something to do with it, I have never been treated this badly in China or in America. Don't eat in this place, the service is only adequate if you are White.
