Eddie's is a locally owned and operated business established here in Boise. I am proud to bring you only the highest quality meats prepared on a wood burning grill. That's why my dogs really are "on fire"! I think that you will find that cooking quality meats over natural wood, gives food a distinct flavor of its own. After your entree is grilled, we will load it up with your choice of over 30 toppings, and make your custom dog or sausage just the way you want it.

The restaurant serves a variety of hot dogs and sausages, plus hamburgers and chicken. It's all cooked over a wood-fired grill. Eddie's also has pulled-pork sandwiches, salads, turkey dogs and burgers and veggie dogs.

Eddie's likes to offer diners variety: They can choose from more than 30 toppings ranging from grilled onions and red peppers to guacamole and bacon bits.
