By far the best restaurant in the west valley.
This is a small looking place in a well hidden strip mall,but large inside,and that includes the portions of food.Every thing we ordered came quickly and hot,and ohh.... so tasty.You have to try this place,especially if you like a nice quiet meal.They do have carry out also.

We have eaten at Eest 3 times now. This place has been great every time. The service is excellent, atmosphere is very nice, and the food is just wonderful. They serve the best hot & sour soup in the valley. I have to travel 35 miles to dine here,
