I judge all Chinese restuarant by their sweet and sour chicken. I know that seems narrow and I do eat a wider variety of Chinese, but if the sweet and sour is good, then everything else is too. This restuarant has THE BEST sweet and sour chicken in Edmond. The chicken is tender. The breading is crisp and fresh. The oil used to cook it is not old and badly flavored. And the sweet and sour sauce is nice and sweet, the way it should be. I've seen this place for months, but didn't try it until this past week. What a treat!
