We have been going to El Rancho Grande since 1975. We have always lived across town and now live even further on west of Weatherford. Those crispy chips and divine salsa call us, and down the highway we go! My husband's order has never changed--cheese enchiladas. Over the years I've gone from chicken enchiladas with sour cream to chicken tacos to my current favorite, a half order of chicken nachos grandes with sour cream and guacamole. No one person could eat the whole order! It is a family-run business and it shows. Seating ASAP is first. Chips, salsa, drinks next. Order. Top Shelf Margarita cannot be beaten. I urge you to try this wonderful quiet restaurant.
