Fire Mountain started off as a 4.5 star buffet restaurant when they first opened. However, the food quality and service seemed to degrade over the years. I could still remember the jucie ribeyes hot off the grill! Oh how I wish they brought the quality back. I would be willing to pay a bit more for it.
