I have a vacation home in Key Largo and this is the restaurant I recommend for the best fresh fish in town. Choose your favorite-snapper, grouper, mahi/dolphin, or the catch of the day-and then select one of the many excellent preparations. My favorites are the Hemmingway and Matacumbe, but you can't go wrong with any of the options. The original Fish House is casual and family-friendly. For a more romantic/classy setting (but still Keys casual) go right next door to the Fish House Encore (the parking lots are connected). Sit it the bar or at the piano, choose the more quiet dining room or head to the charming outdoor patio when the weather is nice. The Encore also offers excellent sushi!
If you like fresh fish or Key Lime pie, this is the place for you. The fresh fried yellowtail snapper is the best you will ever find. A true taste of old Florida.

Absolutely fabulous! The best restaurant in Key Largo. The coffee and desserts are fantastic. The best peach cobbler around. Breakfast was delicious. The portobello eggs benedict was the best veggie breakfast I've had. Don't pass this place by!
