I work near the restaurant. I have visited on several occasions. I love the food! It is plentiful. The food is something special. It does something good on the inside. I leave full but I don't feel guilty and I actually feel better. There is nothing like good healthy food with substance. By the way, their smoothies are the BEST! Their prices are great. The ambiance is beautiful; you forget you are on MLK. This restaurant is also a learning environment so I suggest when you visit to be patient with everyone who is an employee. They are learning and they want to provide you with the best service so be patient. I wish the restaurant the best success! I'm going back to visit.

This past weekend I visited Atlanta with some family and friends. We drove all the way from Buckhead to this restaurant to find out it was closed due to increment weather, only to come back on Sunday to enjoy one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The waitress Carla was extremely friendly and went out of her way to cater to our party. The atmosphere was calm, but yet vibrant from all the colorful decor. The food was delicious and inexpensive, only the drinks were not free refills. Carla gave us the history of the restaurant and brought out our chef who prepared our meals with the help from an instructor. This gifted chef was a teenager named Mary who has a bright future ahead of her, good luck Mary. Even though there is one in Raleigh, 2 ½ hours away, I gave my “invitation” to the staff to bring a restaurant to Charlotte. I don’t eat pork and rarely eat beef, so I would be a regular here. I hope to be able to enjoy another great experience like this again sometime soon. Wishing you and yours good luck and best wishes in all your future endeavors. God bless!

The staff of the restaurant was very warm and welcoming. It is very clean and their willingness to teach and give back to the community is a plus. I would reccommend this restaurant to anyone... Don't be afraid to try it the Healthy way. You will be very well pleased and satisfied. You get your money's worth and no complaints on the taste of the food.
