My dish was very small for $15 (and that was the large portion. I ate one bite of the pasta with the spicy sauce...it tasted like mustard, ketchup and Tabasco sauce mixed. I found it extremely disgusting and nasty! I told the waitress I did not like it and I did not want it. The waitress came back and said the owner said I had to keep it and pay for it. I told her again I did not want it and I would not pay for it. Then both the owner and cook came out very irate that I did not like the dish. She demanded a reason as to why I didn't like the dish and I again said it was disgusting and nasty. The owner said she did not like my choice of words and said everybody else likes it, to which I replied 'I am not everybody else.' Bottom line…if you eat at Frank and Linda’s and you don’t like your food…be prepared for the waitress, cook and owner to try to convince you that your taste buds are wrong and that you will keep the meal and pay for it! They lack in customer service!

Frank and Linda's is a little out-of-the-way diner where you can get everything from BLT and soup to stir-fry, gyros with Greek salad, and what has got to be the BEST and hugest fried fish dinner and chicken parmesan EVER!

Linda insists on most everything being fresh and from scratch. Even the ranch salad dressing is homemade!

Frank and Linda opened another eatery, "Franky's" over a year ago I believe, that was a more elegant establishment. More along the lines of an Italian grill. But I just noticed as of a couple of weekends ago (beginning of Feb. 2008) it's no longer in operation.

I hope that Frank and Linda's Diner is still going strong. We love the place, we love the food, we love Frank and Linda - you guys are great!
