We decided to try the Franklin Chop House for our last meal of our vacation. The service was great and our steaks very tender and flavorful. We were very pleased. I would suggest, though, that they be more willing to accept traveler's cheques, as not everyone has a pocketful of cash at the end of their trip nor want to bring out that charge card just one more time! But the staff was very gracious about it and took the cheque.

I have dined at The Chop House several times and have always been pleased with the service and food. My steaks have always been prepared the way I requested and have always been delicious!
