when going to any friendlys you should bring your doctor along just in case, and this is at any friendlys. From cockroach infested store locations, actually you say that about all the locations, to Vernon having a mold problem that they think painting over it will help to the junkie employeed willimatic store, you have no idea what your in for at any location. Go to the Manchester store and walk by the fountain area and you might just find a cigarette butt on the floor. And after going to the uconn location thinking it would be nicer but wrong you might find a friendly companion on the wall waiting for your leftovers (cockroaches). We are done with all friendlys. When the store has to close early for a whole month for a severe infestation bombing, all set with that. So time after time we have gone back no more. friendly's, you are a health hazard for anyone who sets foot there. And that is only about the store itself- i wont even get into the rudeness of the staff, to managers in the vernon and manchester store yelling and belittling employees infront of the guests. Ive heard about there poker tournements at some bar in vernon. Maybe they should concentrate on running a successful restaurant than consistently making a reason to get drunk and fall out of there chairs. I think we have said enough. Goodbye and goodluck.

I ORDERED TAKE OUT, A GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD, IT WAS OK BUT IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE IT IS ADVERTISED ON THE MENU. IT WAS THROWN TOGETHER LIKE A CHILD WOULD DO. MY DAUGHTER ORDER THIS ICE CREAM AND WANTED TO KNOW IF CARMEL SYRUP CAME WITH IT, THE EMPLOYEE SAID IT DID NOT, WELL MY DAUGHTER LOOKED THE MENU AND LEARNED THE SYRUP DID COME WITH THE ICE CREAM. JUST SMALL THINGS NEED TO BE CHECKED WHEN SERVING THE PUBLIC.
