Leavenworth Restaurant Guide

When we first came in we waited about five minutes before anyone helped us. We could hear the employees in the back, but it took long enough for someone to help us. When we did get help the male who took our order seemed less interested in our business, he seemed distracted. When we finally got our food after 30 minutes and the place was dead. Once we got our pizza we ordered Pork sausage, but we got hamburger. My husband went to the front desk and again waited about 5 minutes before any one would help us. My husband asked for the manager and the manager was the employee who took our order orginally. My husband told him of the wrong meat and the manager said we can cook a new one, my husband said we have already been here almost an hour and we are hungry. He said he was sorry and all he could do is make another pizza. My husband then asked for his money back and the manager said it was already in the safe and he could not get it. We asked for the managers name, he said it was Mathew, we called the next day to try to let the owner know of what happened, but when we told him of our incident he said they did not have any managers by the name of Mathew so the manager lied to us. He was a tall male with what looked like brown hair. We will never come back there again. Hands down bad!!!!!
