Gloria's Little Italy is a family-run business. During our first year of business we developed a reputation for excellent food and great service. We appreciate your business and welcome you into our warm, cozy and authentic Italian atmosphere.

Gloria, our head chef, has many years of experience in cooking and baking. Her grandmother used to run many restaurants along the coast of Tuscany. Her ultimate dream was to open a trattoria. She says you must try her food because "it's the best in Utah - not only because what you are eating is truly authentic, but it's also made with the freshest ingredients to bring you a dish that will remind you of a home-cooked meal."

Mauro works together with his wife Gloria in the kitchen to assure the highest quality. Their children Samuele, Letizia, and Katy have been supportive since day one and they do whatever it takes to help their parents to ensure a smooth-sailing business. The staff also has always been a great support by giving superior service and by helping the Bonfanti family achieve their dream.
