I "do" food. My position requires pleasing a variety of audiences/professionals with a catered spread about 2-3 times a week. Since I travel all of the West side of MI I need a reliable and high quality restaurant who can" deliver" 5 star applause with every meal. Good Earth has never disappointed with their breakfast combo of bagels, cc, etc or their to die for bagel/wrap platters and salad selections. I get 5 star reviews and they keep my business. Recently, I attended a graduation open house at Good Earth. It was impressive. The mom said it was 'made to order'. So kudos to Good Earth, I am passing along the 5 stars.

Really good food and relaxed atmosphere, but servers seem impatient and rude, I have gone a couple of times, thinking it was a fluke, sad to say it wasnt. I probably won't be headed back.
El Paraiso has the best Mexican food in Michigan! We from from California 6 years ago - and always had wonderful Mexican food there. El Paraiso was the place we found that meets or beats California's best Mexican restaurants! We don't go anywhere e

Horrable hostes took forever to find empty table in empty room. Talking to waitresses and other host, verry unprofessional
Otherwise great fast service kid friendly and clean tables
It was wonderful! Great choices of food, and the quality was superb. I will definitely be going back.
(I am appalled with one of the reviews. The writer seems to think that all Mexicans are illegal aliens and should be removed. That's racist.)
Shooters has amazing food its a good place to sit and eat with the family and to watch the game I will be going back to watch the bears vs packers this Sunday we had a great waitress we told her we had never been there before and she recommended some

I can't help but respond to "real estate man." Kudos for kicking out restaurant junkies as yourself. I can't imagine hanging out at restaurants all day - to each his own I guess, but this restaurant sounds like it employs the type "real" people this world needs more of!

We really like eating here...the food is great and it's a relaxed enjoyable setting. The service is a little slow...but that is because everything is made to order..we just enjoy a cup of coffee while we wait and it's delivered to our table fresh and hot! Mmmmmm so good

The food here is wonderful, but service is very slow. Try to go on an off time -- lunch hour is extremely busy, and a to-go order placed at the restaraunt may take a full 15-20 minutes to get to you -- not the ideal place to go if you are trying to pick up lunch and quick head back to the office. The atmosphere is crowded and busy as well.

Good coffee and fresh bagels. But expensive. Customers are quite descent. There is a couch, news papers, and smoothies. What bothered me is that they don't seem to like kids. I know, they are busy, but it is not worth taking your child/kids to this coffee shop. On a positive note, the place is very clean, very close to Cityflats hotel. The older female waitress, with short blond hair was unpleasant. She should get some training, go to a community college, - learn to work in a coffee a shop. I did not feel like tipping.

so, it wasn’t a place i went all the time, but about 6 to 8 times a year i would head off to the good earth cafe here in holland for something to eat, some coffee and usually to meet with someone.
today was one of those days. in the course of 3 hours i met with a volunteer leader, ran into some youth ministry friends, worked on a lesson plan and read some of book number six for seminary. in the course of that time i spent about $15. i understand how restaurants work and realize that if i’m going to take up their real estate, i should be a good customer and buy more than just a cup of coffee and nurse it all day. in my mind $5 an hour to sit on a couch seems reasonable, but i guess not to good earth. a little after noon, someone came over to tell me [not really ask] that since it’s their busy time could i please pack up and leave.
hmm…
i was on a couch for two with my book bag and jacket next to me i took up the whole couch. on the coffee table in front of my was my plate and laptop. there were two easy chairs on the other side of the coffee table that were open. it was steadily busy there but there were still a number of open seats. coming up to ask me to pack up and leave kinda took me off guard. i was nice and polite and packed up, but the more i thought about it the more i thought how rude that really was. at most i was taking up the one extra seat on the couch and not much more. since it was lunch time, i would have most likely grabbed some more food and had my lunch there, spending another $7 or $8 bringing my total up to over $22.
so bottom line, i’m done with good earth cafe. there are plenty of other coffee shops and places to eat in holland that would appreciate my business. especially in this economy!
