Richard Prioli, chef, and Stephanie Spinosa, manager, each have more than 30 years of restaurant industry experience. After several years consulting on the openings for renowned restaurants in the Boston area, they launched their own venture in 1998 - Gourmet Decisions Café in Wellesley, Massachusetts. More than eight years later, their business portfolio also includes Gourmet Decisions Café and Grill and Gourmet Decisions Catering, both located in Natick Center, Massachusetts.
