I was absolutely appalled how I was treated by this restaurant! I am a pharmaceutical representative and have a significant amount of lunches delivered to offices a week. This restaurant I would NEVER use again! I can’t say anything negative about the food (I didn’t eat any of it), but I will comment on the individuals who work at this establishment. NASTY!!! They treated me like I was “bothering” them when I called to place an order. The first time I called, the individual on the phone ask me “Why are you calling on a Tuesday for a Friday order, why don’t you call back on Thursday.” As if being proactive is now a crime!! I lost count of all the times the individual sighed on the phone with me. Then I call back to ask for the amount charged to my account, and again, the same treatment! Unbelievable! Never again will I EVER order from Greek Town! I don’t care how good your food is, if you do not treat me with respect, I will have nothing to do with your restaurant!
