Bridgewater Restaurant Guide

I love the GKG! The people are nice. The staff are friendly and the owners are soooooooooooo kind and generous. Its a shame people mistaken this kid friendly restaurant for a day care center and wish for the staff to watch their children while they sit and drink....hell Id be pissed too if some drunk sitting looking for child care.Food is awesome!! Had my 40th party there! Thanks!

As a mother of 3 children, I enjoy taking the kids to Green Knoll on Saturdays to see Buddy the magician. In the summer we visit atleast x2 a week. I never experienced anything but professionalism from the owners or staff. They make it very clear YOU MUST SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN. THEY DO NOT HAVE A DAYCARE FACILITY ON PREMISES.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! The owner engaged herself in a most unprofessional encounter with a patron. I sat in disbelief as the proprieter yelled openly at a mother with a crying child while she was trying to manage 4 other children. Kid friendly??? Certainly not people friendly!!! I was horrified for the mother beyond words and will not go back. Dealing with the public requires certain coping skills. If you're going to provide a playground at a restaurant, then let kids play.

We had a company dinner here. We had about 50 people in a private room and it was very nice. The servers were professional and fast. After the dinner party, we even stayed around to enjoy the bar (the owners were even nice enough to buy those that stayed a round of drinks). I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. The prices were good and the food was excellent!
