Today, his cooking blends years of Classical and New American Culinary training. In addition to his primary role as a Chef/Owner with the Grove Grill, he is a preferred consultant and featured chef in the industry. His training accelerated at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He used the foundation of his knowledge in serving under influential and creative chefsin Classical and New American Cuisines. In 2003, Chef Dunham's achievements and experience were acknowledged by The International Foodservice Manufacturers, which awarded him its highly coveted Silver Plate Award recognizing Dunham for superior dedication, creativity, and achievement as The Independent Restaurant Operator of the Year. In 2004, Restaurant and Institutions magazine awarded The Grove Grill the Ivy Award of Distinction.
