We have enjoyed dining at the Harbor View Chinese Reastarant for many years. However, the food quality has deteriorated quite drastically over the last five or six months. Their lemon chicken has been consistently dry lately. I have let them know this by filling out a questionaire thet the restaurant has been providing. They still serve dry, tough, lemon chicken. Other dishes have also disappointed. We suspect there has been either a change of ownership or perhaps a change in chefs.
