Stopped in for a slice of pepperoni on a Saturday and had the best pizza in years. Plan on returning, but they are only open during the day on weekends. I'll hold off on my next trip to El Paso to Saturday so I can go here again.

I thought I'd never taste pizza like this again unless I flew back home to Chicago. Oh my GOD and to think it's right around the corner from me! Eli's cheesecake, the best around. I love the food, thank you for being here!!!

I'm originally from New York, born and raised for 33years. I have to say, this is the best pizza i have tasted in a very long time. The pizza even taste better than most pizza restaurants in NewYork. When I sit in the restaurant I don't mind the long wait because it makes me feel like I'm back home in the Big Apple. I just wish they could open up for lunch(hours are 5:00pm--til?. Open in day for catering only)I would like my friends to experience the true authentic NewYork style pizza.

New York comes to El Paso in the form of an East coast transplant who looks like a French pastry chef. Meet Chef Larry Gold. Schmooze a little. And join him for dinner. He'll sit at your table - ask about the family, and give you a taste of the best food west of the Lincoln Tunnel. Oh, the pizza! Chicago folk - welcome home. New Yorkers - grab a bagel with a schmear...imported whitefish, sable lox. Why, the local Jewish doctors fight over this stuff when Larry ships it in. And this Shiksa Goddess is a convert. Where's my bagel? Is it Sunday, yet? Are you an East-coaster? Why, Dorothy, you're not in New York anymore - but here's your new favorite restaurant without the commute. Chef Larry, the owner, rhapodizes about his daily specials (Shrimp Scampi, Manhattan Clam Chowder, Eggplant Parmigiana) and tantalizes with a dessert tray brought in from the Big Apple or Jersey. Toasted Almond cheesecake. Killer Chocolate Death cake, Panacone, even Italian Ice you see kids walking around with in Little Italy. With food like that - forget the diet. But, if you are Akins-oriented - ask him to make his crustless pizza. Did I mention his "Tuna Pizza?" Pizza with tuna you say?! Yick! Are you kidding?! Fish pizza? Gross. No my friend. Let me show you the light. Gourmet Tuna Pizza. National pizza Competition-worthy pizza. Albacore tuna with a creamy cheesey filling, olives sprinkled here and there, and a marinara sauce that completes the aural experience. Try it. That's all I can say. Yes, this Chicago girl waxes poetic about a New York chef - doing his best in the Southwest. El Pasoans say hello to "Hello Pizza." And Chef Larry.
Great little hole in the wall New York style pizza joint that somehow ended up in the middle of the west Texas desert. But, like any of the good seafood places around here, the key ingrediants are flown in from the appropriate places. The menu has different daily specials and is definatly worth the price.
