Hokkaido Restaurant is always a hometown favorite. If you're looking for fast, efficient service with a very friendly staff and always pleasing food, Hokkaido Japanese Restaurant is the perfect place. The prices are not exorbitant and the food has always been freshly prepared despite the crowd. If you enjoy salmon, the salmon entree is moist and always fresh. We've also tried the chicken entrees and filet mignon which are very good. Highly recommended restaurant!

The most disgusting food in town.We both ordered the filet mignon with fried rice. The rice was dry and disgusting. The steak tasted like my dog's food smells- gross! And aside from the dog food smell, there was no taste to the meat! None! It's like it wasn't seasoned at all. Even the soup they serve before the meal was disappointing- it was nothing more than salty water. I couldn't bring myself to leave a tip because there was nothing redeeming about this meal. We couldn't even finish the food because it just was not good at all. We paid, left, and then went to our old favorite, Cha Da Thai. We never should have strayed, because Hokkaido was a complete waste of $18.04.

I ate here for Tuesday lunch at 11:15. Not busy, so you think the food would be good right? Wrong. The rice was crunchy, the meat dry. Go here if you like to smother your food in shrimp sauce to the point you cannot taste the real food anymore
