My husband an I went to this resaurant every year for our anniversary. The food was always ample and delicious. After it was no longer The Hungry Hunter, it changed some. The food there is still better than at the new "Hungry Hunter". The parking is tight but it was always worth it. The ambience is great as well. it is off the freeway but snuggly nestled in a corner with trees around. Very romantic.
Ruths Chris has excellent fare and the staff were courteous and prompt. The beef was cooked properly as requested. The desert, an apple cobbler and ice cream concoction was exceptional as well.

The food was very good. The parking was a bit tight. And the employees seemed a bit pressured and up tight. Other than that it was a fine dining experience! I use to have lunch there daily! About 20 years ago or so. When it was the old Hungry Hunter. Let just say...There wasn't a place in the city that had better looking ladies to serve you, or better food. If we ever went to another place, we'd say "why the hell did we do that!" Beautiful women dressed in tight spandex, with flowing skirts!!!!!!! The Hungry Hunter was we were most satisfied. 1982-1985 I believe those were the best. Heck for that I'd would parked at the Ol' Haneliah and walked.
