Great sushi and a wonderful selection of choices from Japan can be found at the Ichiban Japanese Cuisine. You can sample the sushi over lunch or enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the evening when entertaining friends or going on a date night. The Ichiban Japanese Cuisine only has beer and wine, but is modestly priced and does have a solid menu selection.
It must be noted that the Ichiban does close between 2pm to 5:30pm to prepare for dinner. Otherwise you can enjoy some great choices as sushi served during happy hour. In fact, happy hour which runs roughly from 6pm to 7pm is one of the more popular times for this establishment. The Mango Saketini has also gained some notoriety for its flavor and even the terk mushrooms and Mexican roll have garnered some well deserved attention. You can enjoy the wonderful Chicken Katsu as well, a fine treat from one of the better Japanese restaurants in the Orlando area.
I give this place 4 stars on service, quality food with 3 stars for being way to loud because the tables are right in top of each other. Ask for the private dining room to enjoy your company.
