Ichibans Is the best place to go eat Japanese food. They cook right in front of you and they have the best chefs around. The chefs don't just cook they talk to you and pick and joke around which it just makes you feel right at home. Sun is one of the waitress' and she is the best which all waiters and waitress' are great there. You will be pleased with the atmosphere of the place and pleased with the service and the awesome food. My family and I live in Kernersville N.C. and we drive to ichibans in salisbury because it is worth the drive and the wait, Which is about 45 min to 1 hour drive. They give you enough food to last you for supper that night and lunch tomorrow. sometimes even supper the next night too. Ichibans Shrimp sauce is nothing like these other japanese restaurants. It is a one of a kind sauce that will have you coming back for more. I'm telling you all, this is the best Japanese restaurant in the world and I will keep coming back for many years to come.
