As locals, we have been passing by this location daily and were the first few to eat when the restaurant opened. The first thing we noticed is the how immaculately clean it is and how classy and elegant the ambience was. We had the buffet and it was the best buffet (over 30 items) for the money we ever had. Most of the Indian restaraunts cate to mostly North Indian food, but we learnt from the service staff that this is the only eatery that has both North and South Indian chefs on a full time basis. The medhu wada (the lentil doughnut) was a delicacy. The chilli chicken, which is an Indo-Chinese dish, was just as authentic as could be(sometimes you can judge the authenticity of a restaurant by this just one item.) This is an incredible eating experience unlike any other Indian/Asian restaurants in Las Vegas and probably the Healthiest buffet and food on the West Coast.
