a diner from concord, nc
it's a good thing it's located near the university. it's a GREAT deal for a budget. they're fast and friendly. my husband LOVES their sushi. the hibachi is good, except usually the chicken is a little dry..so try the steak or shrimp! the same owners of ishi own TAIYO (formly fuddruckers). it has a nicer setting... better for dates. you can get in and out easily for your hour lunch!

AMAZING Sushi (for Charlotte). Full of Japanese people. Best Ramen I have had outside of Japan. Half of the menu is in Japanese. Get the picture? This is a place for people who REALLY want to eat Japanese food, not California Roll crap.

I have only gotten takeout for lunch and both times the food has been really good. I will continue to frequent this restaurant.
