Chris McLaughlin had a dream when she moved to Indianapolis, to open a restaurant where she could introduce Jamaican cuisine to Indianapolis residents who might not be familiar with the delicious food of the Islands. Chris says "Jamaican food is thoroughly seasoned with more than just black pepper and salt. The wide array of seasonings bring out the flavor of the Island without overpowering the natural goodness of the raw ingredients.," in an article written about the Restaurant's opening in the Indianapolis Star, "Eating Out: East" Island Delight was located on the East side for seven year and now has a new home at Keystone @ the Crossing is now located in Lulu's 8487 Union Chapel Rd.

Great food - it's the real deal of Jamaica. A little Bob Marley and it would take me back to Ocho Rios again!
The food was so delish! You have to try the jerk chicken and the curry goat. If you want authentic african and west indian food, this is the place to go.
