Tacoma Restaurant Guide

My husband and I love It's Greek to Me on 6th ave.Love the food, Gyros and spanakopita and salads. I was living in Connecticut for a while and the best pizza was from a Greek restaurant there and it was the best. I have not tried the pizza here yet but I will and I am sure it will be great. Thank you It's Greek to Me.

Terrible service. I figured a gyro and fries would be an easy order. After getting the wrong food....twice...and waiting nearly 30 minutes at the drive thru window, I asked for my money back....only to be ignored.

It's Greek To Me does not claim to be an authentic Greek restaurant (hence the name)... it's got a drive thru and pizza for christ's sake! However, it is very tasty house-made cuisine served quickly in a fun relaxed atmosphere. Superb pizza is made from scratch daily and the spaghetti is the best in town! Try some of the unique gyro variations (philly, italian, etc) and there are good options for vegetarians too. Also, the staff is hilarious... what a nice bunch of kids!

Great food. I have no idea what the person before me was talking about with the food being unedible. That guy is probably some arrogant prick who sits in his house all day trying to find something new to be upset about. Great food. Great fun and a great enviroment. I definately reccomend their caesar chiken sandwich. Its delicious.

The name is great, but the food is--at best--uneven. It resides at the intersection of three major streets, so if you want outside dining be prepared to breath car fumes. On any given day you're liable to be eating anything from fairly flavorful to ineddible. They're cleaner than you'd expect, considering their location.
